Rebecca Waigand

Rebecca joined the firm in 2011 and she has been a shareholder since 2014. She has experience in many practice areas, including creditor/debtor law, post-judgment collections, bankruptcy, litigation, contract review, personal injury law, child custody matters and family law, business law, appellate practice, and criminal law. Rebecca is very proud to be the firm's first female partner.
Rebecca grew up in Michigan and she loves to visit home, but she promises she is not a Michigan football fan! Rebecca married her husband in 2014, and together they have two young children and multiple pets.
Rebecca graduated from Eastern Michigan University (B.S.) in 2006 and from The University of Toledo College of Law (J.D.) in 2011.

Giving back to the community is of great importance to Rebecca; she is a member of the Chillicothe Jaycees. In 2017, Rebecca was awarded the Ohio State Bar Foundation's District 8 Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 & Under.
